How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been packaged, shipped or customized. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number at the ready. Although cancelations are not guarenteed, we will do our best to accomodate you.
I really want an item that is out of stock. How do I know when it will be back?
We can check that for you! Just write down the SKU number and or product name and email us!
When will my order ship? How will I know it has?
Standard orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are usually shipped within 1 business day or as soon as possible. Once available, an email with tracking information will be sent. Click here for more shipping information.
Do I have to pay customs, taxes, or fees once the parcel arrives in my country?
Yes, it is your responsibility to pay all duties, tariffs, and taxes.

How do I schedule my pickup order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a "Pickup Ready" email. That email will link you to the scheduler on our website. If you have any trouble please feel free to contact us. If you are not able to find the link, click here.

The incorrect address was added at checkout. What do I do?
